THE FINCA

Can Truy is a beautifully renovated 18th Century finca, situated in the small hamlet of S'Olivera, between San Rafael and Can Tomas to the west of the island of Ibiza. Originally an olive oil press, the finca has been styled and decorated using an earthy palette of natural materials and furniture from from Bali, India and Morocco, whilst retaining the indigenous sabina beams and characteristic thick walls. The extensive grounds are abundant with olive trees, lavender, verbena, rosemary, oleander, giant aloe vera, cacti, ancient pines, as well as an orchard supplying morning orange juice and lemons for sundowners.

BATHROOMS

All bathrooms have underfloor heating. there's one ensuite showroom and two shared bathrooms. The volcanic stone sinks are a focal point, as well as the sabina sandblasted beams that exude a lovely woody scent. 

BEDROOMS

Can Truy has five double bedrooms, two in the main house which share a bathroom and three in the casita, one en suite, and two which share the large bathroom, sleeping a total of ten adults or two families. Two cots and a folding bed for kids are available to use for extra little guests. 

All rooms, except the master bedroom can be made up as twin bedrooms or as super kings with duvets or sheets, making the house suitable for pilates or yoga retreats.

ROOM ALLOCATION

The property is divided into two parts, the main house with its master bedroom and twin bedroom and the Casita, linked by the courtyard, the double story tower that was once the mill, with an extra three bedrooms. This makes it perfectly suited to two families each having their own privacy.
