LOCATION
Perched in the hills between San Rafel and San Antonio, Can Truy's central location is the perfect base from which to explore the Island of Ibiza. The small hamlet of S'Olivera is hidden away amongst a pine forest, in the region of Sant Anthoni de Portmany. The main San Antonio to Eivissa road is just a few minutes drive so you are only ever 15 minutes away from the historic old capital of Eivissa, with the ramparts of Dalt Villa to explore and 25 minutes from the airport.
To the north is the fertile terraced countryside of Santa Agnes which makes a lovely serene drive. The beaches to the west, especially Cala Conte (location of Sunset Ashram) and Cala Tarida are the optimum spot to witness the legendary sun sets. The quiet Ibicencan villages of San Rafel, Santa Gertrudis and Santa Agnes are located 5-10 minutes drive away.
Our nearest beaches are Cala Gracio, Cala Salada, Cala Saladeta and Punta Galera. The latter is a stunning collection of flat rocks with breathtaking views made for basking on and diving off but not suitable for kids. Cala Gracio is a family friendly sandy beach accessible by ramps if you have pushchairs, with plenty of shaded pine trees, gentle water and fine golden sand. You can also visit the small aquarium Cap Blanc here and catch a water taxi into San Antonio from here.
