T&C's

Bookings run Saturday to Saturday for the whole house only.

To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit. The balance must be settled 6 weeks before the first day of your holiday.  Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund.  

A refundable security deposit of €1,000 must be paid with the second payment.

A rental agreement will be sent to you to sign with further conditions about your responsibilities and the t &c's of the security deposit.
